Our Program
 Belfair Montessori Magnet Elementary School has two
educational programs. There is a traditional program (Grades K-5) and a
Montessori program. (3 years- 5th grade)
Belfair opened in 1950 as a neighborhood school. In 1985
Belfair became a Visual and Performing Arts/ Extended Day Academy. The
Montessori program replaced the academy in 1996 and presently has ten Montessori
classes.

 Belfair Montessori Magnet offers a quality education to each of its 400+ students. Whether Montessori or traditional, Belfair is committed to having each child become a successful citizen. We offer a caring staff and faculty who see each child as an individual and works to have him/her reach their full potential. In addition to our core curriculum, we also offer each student the following ancillary classes: P.E., library, art, foreign language and music. In addition to these quality programs we offer counseling, exceptional student services, READ 180, tutoring, extended day, and ICARE.
